Costume Needs
and Day of Info
Arrive at 5:30 at Mt. Felix Winery in Havre de Grace with makeup and hair already done.

Makeup - We are going for an early 1900s look, so eyes must be very dark, and lips must be red or burgundy (darker shades of red preferred), no pink lipstick! Darkening eyebrows is mandatory. Any jewelry that fits your character and the time period is allowed, but preferably no bracelets. Reference photos are below.

Hair - make sure there are no fly aways! Your audience is up close, so fly aways are much more visible.

Please wear something you are comfortable changing in front of other dancers in, like a nude leotard. Charlie will have a separate dressing room, but everyone should still have nude leotards or tanks or T-shirts for under their costumes anyway.

Below are specifics of hair, makeup, and what to wear by name:

Abby: Messy hair with twigs and branches and leaves, etc. Dirt on face. Skin tone tights and ballet flats.

Cailin: "Poodle hair," red lipstick and regular stage makeup, skin tone tights and ballet flats

Charlie: Slicked hair, regular stage makeup, skin tone or black ballet shoes with either matching socks or no socks.

Ella: Bun or curled hair with regular stage makeup, skin tone ballet shoes and tights

Ellie: Bun or curled hair with regular stage makeup, skin tone tights and ballet shoes

Emory: Bun or curled hair with regular stage makeup, skin tone tights and ballet shoes
