Ballet Center Barre - Fridays 5:15-6:30 PM

Open level center barre for adults and teens. Class will feature typical barre exercises with light across the floor exercises. This class will not contain jumps, as the floor is not suitable. Dress code is whatever makes you feel comfortable (tight fitting clothing will allow for more corrections).

Stretch - Fridays 6:30-7:00 PM

Open level stretch class for adults and teens. Feel free to bring a yoga mat or towel, and be sure to have warm clothing to keep muscles warm.
