Who is your murder suspect? (dancers 15+) Include any props needed, costume ideas, and gender. If left blank, your role will be assigned. This year's plot: "Murder, lies, and a cat-napping??? The hostess' beloved feline is being held at ransom."

We are happy to make proper arrangements for any injuries or conditions dancers may have. If you have any injuries or conditions you'd like to communicate to us to improve your experience, please do so here. Examples may include dancing while seated, avoiding certain steps, etc.

By checking this box, I commit to arrive at 5:30 on the day of the performance, and agree that I (or my child, if dancer is under the age of 18) will perform and contribute in making this performance environment a safe and healthy one. I acknowledge that no monetary compensation or other benefits will be given to minors for performing. By checking this box, I also acknowledge that failure to do these things may result in removal from the performance.

Families of dancers under 18 are encouraged to donate a $50 performance fee to help cover the cost of props, costumes, and venue through Venmo to @Ballet_Nocturne, or in cash or check.

Dancers 18+ will be contacted with regards to a contract after the audition.
